By accessing or using the services provided by Sodiarc Education Private Limited ("Sodiarc," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website sodiarc.ai and educational programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Sodiarc provides educational training programs focused on developing AI-powered Product Engineers. Our services include online courses, mentorship, project-based learning, and related educational content and resources.

3. Eligibility

To enroll in our programs, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Meet any specific prerequisites for the program you wish to enroll in

4. Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Enrollment

Enrollment in our programs is subject to availability and our acceptance of your application. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.

4.2 Payment Terms

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Payment must be made according to the payment schedule provided at enrollment
• Fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy

4.3 Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the program within the first 2 weeks of the cohort start date, you may request a full refund. After this period, fees are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@sodiarc.in.

5. Program Participation

5.1 Attendance and Participation

Students are expected to actively participate in all program activities, including live sessions, assignments, and projects. Consistent non-participation may result in removal from the program without refund.

5.2 Code of Conduct

Students must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. The following are prohibited:

• Harassment or discrimination of any kind
• Sharing program materials without authorization
• Plagiarism or academic dishonesty
• Disruptive behavior during sessions

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All course materials, content, and resources provided by Sodiarc are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6.2 Your Work

You retain ownership of any original work you create during the program. By submitting work, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for educational and promotional purposes.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 No Employment Guarantee

While we strive to provide high-quality education and career support, we do not guarantee employment, job placement, or specific career outcomes.

7.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sodiarc Education Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sodiarc Education Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our services.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify enrolled students of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
